What's Involved In Singing Lessons?
We are an exclusively online studio, so lessons are currently being conducted through Zoom. To download Zoom, follow THIS LINK.
Lessons are $35AUD per half hour or $65AUD for an hour. As we aim for accessibility in all areas of Resonant Voice Online, we do have financial plans, scholarships and the Sing-It Forward Fund for those who are in financial hardship. Please contact us if you are having financial difficulties.
The lessons are uniquely tailored for your personal goals, so anything is achievable. Freya is versed and confident to teach from foundation to advanced techniques in CCM, classical and cross-training genres. Some of the most common aspects of singing that are worked on include balanced breath, increasing range in registers, mixing and belting vocal qualities, audition preparation and repertoire building, and vocal strength and stamina building.
While Freya is experienced and knowledgeable in teaching a variety of different vocal skills, she has a particular interest in:
- Music theatre performance
- Pre-professional/vocational applicants
- Adolescent voices
- Transgender voices
- Vocal coaching and audition prep
- Professional voices
As well as vocal tuition, students also have exclusive performance opportunities where they can build skills in onstage performance, artistry, and most importantly, confidence.
What we provide in lessons: sheet music, instrumental tracks, exclusively vocal exercises and resources.
What you will need to provide: good internet connection, 2 devices (one for Zoom and another for playing music), head/earphones.
All students of the Resonant Voice Online studio also have free access to our Pay-What-You-Can classes and workshops, as well as exclusive events just for students.
You will also be added to our online Facebook community, where you can collaborate and connect with other Resonant Voice Online studio students.
