Vocal Health
Vocal health and hygiene, other than creativity and passion, is the most important consideration in your vocal journey. How you treat your voice in your everyday life can greatly affect your vocal performance and wellbeing. However, you are likely to experience some form of vocal health issue in your vocal journey.
How can we tell if there may be a vocal health issue?
Vocal concerns that may need additional support for a vocal health specialist include:
- Loss of vocal range, flexibility, stamina, quality or dynamic control,
- Changes in resonance or vibrato,
- Aching/soreness in vocal tract or external muscles,
- Increased recovery time between heavy vocal uses,
- Ongoing vocal fatigue
If you have experienced any of these problems, or have any other cause of vocal concern, then Resonant Voice Online is here for you!
